Welcome to the Butler County Sheriff’s Website!
Since becoming Sheriff on January 2nd, 2005 I have been dedicated to bringing the citizens of Butler County a Sheriff’s Office that they can be proud of.
 
I have adopted the motto “Spectemur Agendo” which translates to “Let us be judged by our Actions”. I believe in accountability, responsibility, and a certain “esprit de corps”.
  
“Sacrifice, Duty, Honor, Justice, Vigilance, and Courage are the foundation that will define this Sheriff’s Office.”

The 800 MHz system is now fully functional and we have constructed a page for both users of the system and the public to learn all about how the system works.
