DRUG DEALERS LOSE. WE WIN.

For Immediate Release ….

DRUG DEALERS LOSE. WE WIN.

Butler County — Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones and Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser reaffirm today that when drug dealers prey on our community, they lose — and law enforcement wins.

Pictured: Sheriff Jones and Prosecutor Gmoser standing with a $110,000 Porsche and a BMW motorcycle lawfully seized from individuals tied to drug trafficking. These actions are the direct result of relentless investigative work by undercover agents and deputy sheriffs, and vigorous prosecution by the Prosecutor’s Office.

Deputies and undercover teams from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office work around the clock to identify, infiltrate, and dismantle drug operations that poison our neighborhoods. Prosecutor Gmoser and the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office pursue these cases aggressively in court so offenders are held accountable. The result is clear: criminal enterprises lose assets, lose freedom, and lose their ability to harm our families.

The seized vehicles were taken under court order and will be sold on GovDeals.com. Proceeds from these sales are returned to law enforcement to fund continued investigations, training, and resources that keep Butler County safe.

Sheriff Richard K. Jones stated:

“Every seizure is a victory for our community. We take their cars, we take away their profits, and we take away their ability to narcotize our streets. Drug dealers lose — plain and simple. The people of Butler County win.”
