Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Dog Wardens investigated an attack on a 5 year old girl that happened Saturday April 6th on Millikin Street in the City of Hamilton. The pit bull was recently labeled a dangerous dog by the Dog Wardens from a separate dog attack on a child from September 2018.
The 5 year old suffered a fractured jaw and several open wounds on her head and face. She is expected to make a full recovery but will require continued medical care.
