Subject Arrested For Trafficking Heroin With Child Present

(Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Taskforce). Rooms 101 and 113 are where Kenneth Sutton, 42 year old male, was conducting his illegal narcotics business in front of a child. Agents confiscated 17.1 grams of crack cocaine, 3.5 grams of heroin and a little over a thousand dollars in cash.
