Single Vehicle Crash In Hanover Township Results In Double Fatality
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones reports that at approximately 4:45pm on Sunday, July 20th, Deputies and emergency rescue personnel from Hanover Township were dispatched to the 2100 block of Morman Rd. in Hanover Township for a single car crash. The preliminary report indicates that Nancy S. Myers, age 47, of 1418 Morman Road was travelling northbound on Morman not far from her residence. She was driving a 2006 Saab when she apparently lost control causing her to go completely off the right side of the road and into a group of trees. The vehicle came to rest on its top causing entrapment for both the driver and passenger, Charles D. Griffin, age 53 of 797 Louise Avenue in Fairfield.
