Submit Agency Contact Information

BRICS periodically sends out information using Butler County’s Communicator system.

We will send routine information to email addresses and fax machines, including:

• information about new agencies joining the system
• training announcements
• upcoming maintenance
• talkgroup assignments for a large special events
• new system policies and procedures

We will send more emergent information to email, fax and with a recorded voice message to telephone numbers, including situations like:

• a system problem affecting coverage or capabilities for end-users
• other situations requiring immediate notification to all agencies

We are soliciting contact information in the form below. At a minimum, we would like the contact information for the chief or administrator of every agency using the system. Depending on your agency, if you have a secondary contact or a person directly responsible for operations you would like to include as well, please do so.
